I’m a big advocate for customer service and making sure our clients get the compensation they deserve. It’s great to see that our hard work is resonating based on a recent survey conducted by Leger.
Leger, the Research Intelligence Group, polled 501 Greater Toronto Area residents to determine brand awareness and perception of top personal injury law firms. The results showed that Diamond & Diamond Personal Injury Lawyers are far and away the most recognized personal injury law firm in the GTA.
“Our excellent brand recognition is a reflection of the public’s respect as we advocate for proper compensation among personal injury victims,” says lawyer Jeremy Diamond.
According to the poll, Diamond & Diamond scored highest for “awareness of personal injury law firms in Ontario.” Approximately, one in five residents (approximately 20%) of the Greater Toronto Area were able to name them unaided. Only 3% of GTA residents were able to name the 2nd closest personal injury firm.
The survey also recognized that 68% of Greater Toronto Area residents are aware of Diamond & Diamond Personal Injury Lawyers, more than double its nearest competitor. Diamond and Diamond is the GTA’s top-ranked firm on Google under the categories of best personal injury lawyers, accident lawyers, and slip-and-fall lawyers.
With 12 offices serving all of Ontario, Diamond and Diamond is the fastest-growing personal-injury law firm in the province. In 2014, the firm earned the Toronto Sun’s Readers’ Choice Gold Award for the third consecutive year, an award voted on by the publication’s readers. Diamond and Diamond also received the Guardian’s Readers’ Choice awards for excellence in York, Parkdale, and Etobicoke in 2014 — awards voted on by the publication — as well as the 2015 Consumer Choice Award in the category of Personal Injury Lawyers – GTA Wide.
With 35 years of experience, the firm has built a reputation in the field. As the Leger results, when it comes to personal injury law, Diamond and Diamond is the new standard.
