Sandra Zisckind practices exclusively in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation. Sandra received her Bachelor of Arts degree from York University where she specialized in Political Science.


She subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Western Ontario. In 2001, Sandra moved to Washington D.C. for a year where she obtained her Master of Laws Degree from George Washington University while pursuing a legal internship with Senator John McCain. She was called to the Bar in 2003. Prior to practising in association and counsel to Diamond and Diamond™, Sandra represented plaintiffs at a prominent personal injury firm in Toronto and before that, Insurance Defence, representing insurance companies in motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, property loss, fire and flood claims.


Now working alongside fellow personal injury lawyers Jeremy Diamond, Isaac Zisckind and the rest of the Diamond & Diamond team, Sandra helps clients with claims in the following areas:



Over the years, Sandra has gained substantial exposure to all areas of litigation practice including conducting discoveries, motions, pre-trials, trials and private mediations. She has attended numerous trials as counsel and recently was successful in prosecuting a chronic pain motor vehicle accident case where the result amounted to three times the defendant’s offer. Sandra also has significant experience in Occupiers’ Liability Act claims representing persons injured in slip and fall incidents. You will also find Sandra regularly on the radio and television as a legal correspondent on CFRB1010 and CP24, and as a regular contributor to Diamond & Diamond’s blog.


Cities of practice include Toronto, Barrie, Hamilton, London, Orangeville, Sudbury and Timmins.


In her spare time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family.
